1、Long cycle life

Long cycle life is a major advantage of lithium batteries, typically reaching over 1000 cycles. For low current discharge appliances, the service life of the battery will double the competitiveness of the appliance. Meanwhile, the cycle life can also reach over 6 years. The cycle life of lithium ferrous phosphate can reach over 1000 cycles, or even higher. Therefore, lithium batteries have the characteristic of long cycle life.

4、Low self discharge

Lithium batteries have a low self discharge rate due to their small self discharge. At full charge, the self discharge rate of lithium batteries is about 10%, while nickel hydrogen batteries have a lower self discharge rate of 25-30%. This gives lithium batteries an advantage in terms of storage time, which can better protect the performance and lifespan of the battery. The lightweight of lithium batteries is due to the use of polymer electrolytes, which do not require a metal shell for protection, and have similar volume sizes. This makes the weight of lithium batteries only 1/6-1/5 of lead-acid batteries.

8、High charging efficiency

Lithium batteries have high charging efficiency and can be charged using a fast charger, with a charging time of only 4-5 hours, greatly reducing the charging time. At the same time, lithium batteries have the characteristic of fast charging and discharging. 1C charging can reach a capacity of over 80% of the nominal capacity, and using a charger with a rated voltage of 4.2V only takes 1-2 hours to fully charge. 9、No Memory Effect

The no memory effect refers to the ability of lithium-ion batteries to discharge at any time during charging, unlike nickel hydrogen and nickel tin batteries that require waiting until the battery is depleted. Lithium ion batteries have no memory effect and can be charged anytime and anywhere, and the charging depth has little effect on the battery life.

10、Wide working temperature range

Lithium batteries have a wide operating temperature range and can operate normally between -20 ℃ and 60 ℃.

Lithium batteries have strong high-power endurance, for example, lithium iron phosphate lithium-ion batteries can perform high-intensity startup acceleration at a charge and discharge rate of 15-30C.
